Why Your Neurodivergent Brain Needs Different Strategies

July 17 @ 12pm EST

You've Tried Everything. Nothing Sticks.

You know the cycle:

  • Monday: "This time will be different. I'll meal prep and stick to my plan."
  • Wednesday: Hyperfocused on work, forgot lunch, now you're ravenous and grabbing whatever's fastest, like the leftover pizza from Friday or a bag of chips from the vending machine.
  • Friday: Stressed about a deadline, eating anything because your brain needs stimulation.
  • Sunday: Promising yourself you'll "get it together" next week, but feel that pit of disappointment in your stomach forming already.
Sound familiar? It's not lack of willpower. It's your ADHD brain.

What If You Worked WITH Your ADHD Brain Instead of Against It?

What Past Workshop Participants Have Said:

Our faculty benefited from the workshop by providing a new framework for how to think about sustainability, a path forward for our faculty to make plans for work-life balance, and a common language for faculty discussions about the challenging work of education.

Working with Lia to facilitate these workshops was a dream. She was very responsive and inquisitive about the goals for our faculty as well as getting a clear understanding of the issues our faculty was currently facing.

I attended Lia's workshop on a whim. I'm a pretty organized person, and still I was feeling overwhelmed.
Lia helped me discover that what may be self-care and rejuvenating for others doesn't necessarily work for me. She helped me be OK with that.
I appreciate the way Lia really spoke to my soul. I felt seen, heard, and understood. That's a rarity for me to experience.
Lia is an authentic master of her craft, and I trust her completely with the most vulnerable parts of my life.
